Business Card Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance profitable relationships with business accounts while boosting profitability from both existing and new accounts.

• Recognize business opportunities by leveraging knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services.

• Deliver sales presentations to current and potential clients, highlighting the advantages of our products and services.

• Establish and sustain an effective referral network and call program to drive sales.

• Identify new opportunities and lead deals from strategy formulation to closure.

• Oversee pipeline activities with rigorous follow-up and disciplined execution.

• Collaborate with internal teams to expand and retain the existing customer portfolio.

• Travel locally, regionally, and occasionally on a national level.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Seven to nine years or more of relevant professional experience.

• Willingness to travel (locally and regionally, with some national travel).

• Previous experience in business card sales/payments is essential.

• Strong skills in sales and new business development, with a proven ability to identify new logo opportunities, perform consultative discovery, and navigate deals from strategy to closure.

• Experience engaging with mid-sized to large businesses, particularly those generating $10MM+ in annual revenue.

• Proficient in credit analysis and financial assessment, with a grasp of basic accounting principles related to financial transactions.

• Proven track record in developing and utilizing Centers of Influence (COIs) to create new business opportunities.

• Demonstrated capability to manage pipeline activities with effective follow-up and execution discipline.

• Comprehensive knowledge of payment products, complemented by a general understanding of product marketing and organizational operations.

• Strong customer relationship management abilities, including negotiation, decision-making, and innovative problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated capacity to work with internal teams to enhance and maintain the existing customer portfolio.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing leads, activities, and sales performance.

• Residing near Englewood, CO is preferred.
