Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the business performance challenges faced by customers and assist in resolving intricate supply chain management issues.

• Offer expert advice on integrating Kinaxis product solutions.

• Serve as the functional lead on projects implementing RapidResponse supply chain software.

• Facilitate sessions to uncover business requirements for advanced implementations and multi-phase workstreams.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects on process design and technical guidance.

• Implement advanced product configurations tailored to customer requirements and approved solution architecture.

• Supervise the troubleshooting and resolution of complex configuration challenges.

• Utilize mathematical models, optimization methods, and AI algorithms in supply chain planning scenarios.

• Validate and test solutions, gather user feedback, and formulate recommendations.

• Conduct intricate deployment workshops and provide training to customers on configured solutions.

• Deliver technical leadership to Associate, Entry, and Intermediate Solution Consultants.

• Mentor and guide junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of extensive experience in software implementation or deployment within supply chain planning or execution, or business experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or manufacturing.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a functional leadership role concerning system configuration or deployments.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in designing business processes for supply chain software implementations.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical-thinking skills.

• Initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Proven leadership qualities within a team setting and a successful history with customers and executive sponsors.

• Capability to operate in a collaborative matrixed environment.

• Proficient in articulating complex concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Advanced knowledge and practical application of supply chain best practices related to forecasting, MRP, Constraint Management, and Production Scheduling.

• Ability to lead intricate sessions for gathering business requirements.

• Experience with RapidResponse/Maestro, SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder applications.

• Proficiency in SQL, R, and/or JavaScript.

• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time, with occasional travel up to 100%.

• Capability to work effectively remotely from client locations.
