Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical consultant for Enterprise clients assessing Blitzy

• Conduct proofs-of-concept that showcase measurable business outcomes

• Assist clients in incorporating Blitzy into their current development setups

• Facilitate technical discussions regarding software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows

• Present demonstrations to Senior Developers, CTOs, and CIOs

• Establish trusted advisor relationships with technical stakeholders and executives

• Promote post-sale adoption and growth across teams and products

• Act as the technical liaison between the CTO, AI Engineering team, and customer platform experience

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering throughout the customer journey

• Convert customer feedback into product enhancements and strategic roadmap insights

• Monitor and refine the pipeline, learning from both successes and setbacks

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership

• Profound knowledge of enterprise software development and contemporary engineering practices

• Direct experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices

• Capability to convey technical concepts effectively to both engineers and executives

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities

• Experience in fast-paced environments and complex enterprise technical settings

• Practical experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products, preferably in enterprise SaaS or developer tools

• Background in assisting organizations in modernizing their engineering workflows

• Prior experience with companies such as Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or enterprise consultancies
