Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic product representative throughout the complete sales process and engage in specific opportunities.

• Establish value propositions and long-term solution strategies to assist Sales in advancing deals.

• Identify and secure consensus on customer requirements.

• Discover business development opportunities via customer and industry interactions.

• Provide guidance to prospects and customers on design options and the implications of system modifications.

• Ensure that client business objectives are considered in sales and implementation strategies.

• Develop presentations, proposals, and documentation to support product solution sales.

• Collaborate with solution consultants, account representatives, customer managers, project managers, partners, and executive leadership.

• Create value propositions across various industries and product families.

• Operate independently on accounts and opportunities of medium complexity.

• Formulate and implement an individual development plan.

• Contribute market insights to solution and product roadmaps.

• Assist product managers and marketing in defining solution differentiators and value maps.

• Maintain tools for value propositions, algorithms, KPIs, and ROI calculators.

• Effectively communicate business value and address customer objections.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Comply with corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in software development.

• Four years of applicable work experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to comprehend and convey business value to teams, stakeholders, and customers.

• Exceptional facilitation, accountability, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to function as a change agent and promote improvements at all levels.
