Senior Solution Architect, Professional Services – Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and oversee the deployment of Agentic AI solutions tailored for enterprise clients, with a focus on use cases and workflows within the Office of Finance.

• Convert business, data, process, security, and control requirements into scalable enterprise AI/ML architectures and actionable implementation strategies.

• Prototype and implement AI agents and agentic workflows that integrate LLMs, enterprise data, APIs, tools, applications, and automation platforms.

• Create and deploy solutions that integrate Alteryx Designer, Server, and Alteryx One with cloud data platforms, AI/ML services, and enterprise record systems.

• Develop production-ready frameworks for human-in-the-loop controls, access management, evaluation, observability, auditability, reliability, and responsible AI governance.

• Collaborate with customer technical and business stakeholders to establish success criteria, assess feasibility, and transition solutions from proof of concept to production.

• Work alongside Sales and Solutions Engineering to define strategic AI opportunities and align technical solutions with business outcomes.

• Identify avenues for expanding adoption and value through additional AI, automation, and data use cases.

• Produce customer-facing architecture documentation, implementation guidance, reusable solution patterns, and technical enablement resources.

• Share technical expertise internally and contribute to the development of Agentic AI standards, delivery practices, and Professional Services accelerators.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Architect, AI/ML Architect, Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Presales Engineer, or a similar position.

• At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML enterprise architecture with a focus on Agentic AI development and deployment.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise AI, data, analytics, or automation solutions.

• Experience working directly with enterprise clients and managing complex stakeholder environments.

• Strong proficiency with Alteryx Designer, Server, and Alteryx One, or similar enterprise analytics platforms.

• Preferred experience in supporting Office of Finance, accounting, banking, SOX-compliant environments, or similar financial services and regulated business applications.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills for both technical and business audiences.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI/ML architectures and Agentic AI development, including AI agents, agent orchestration, tool usage, LLMs, RAG, and API-based integrations.

• Experience transitioning AI solutions from prototype or proof of concept to secure, scalable, production-ready deployments.

• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, evaluation, observability, model and prompt lifecycle management, and human oversight patterns.

• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and cloud ecosystems like GCP, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with modern software and data engineering practices, including Python or similar languages, APIs, version control, CI/CD, and cloud-native deployment patterns.

• Ability to convey complex AI concepts and architectural decisions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
