Senior Solution Architect, Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of promised integrations.

• Guide customers in adopting MANTL solutions both online and in-branch following the initial implementation.

• Act as the internal authority on data management within MANTL.

• Maintain technical relationships with external integration partners.

• Work alongside cross-functional leadership to establish best practices and create technical integration playbooks.

• Partner with Service Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Account Management to enhance client onboarding processes.

• Convert business requirements into scalable system configurations.

• Configure and implement backend settings utilizing JSON and Postman.

• Develop sustainable solutions that balance customer demands with platform guidelines and long-term viability.

• Provide client-facing support that requires extensive functional or technical knowledge.

• Set up and verify third-party integrations.

• Submit enhancement requests and document bug reports for Product and Engineering teams.

• Keep records of configuration decisions, limitations, and customer-specific setups.

• Manage multiple simultaneous implementations.

• Assist colleagues in troubleshooting configuration challenges.

• Lead review sessions to integrate lessons learned into best practices.

• Independently configure and verify integrations with minimal supervision.

• Proactively identify risks and collaborate with teams to address them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capacity to rapidly learn new technologies and become a subject matter expert.

• Over 10 years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations in a highly technical setting.

• In-depth understanding of data integration methodologies with external systems.

• Proficiency in REST APIs, SQL, JSON, and backend configuration tools.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical system configurations.

• Strong skills in written documentation.

• Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Support teams.

• Ability to act as an escalation point for the team.

• Familiarity with configuring or integrating core banking systems or other regulated financial systems.

• Experience with SAML, OIDC, TypeScript, Python, and developing Agents.

• Background in testing new features or engaging in pre-GA validation.

• Knowledge of JIRA or similar ticketing systems.

• Must be eligible for full-time employment in the US.
