Senior Solution Architect – Informatica

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients regarding data strategies, roadmaps, capabilities, use-case alignment, organizational and operating models, adoption strategies, and readiness for AI.

• Assist professional services and license sales teams during client interactions.

• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions that bolster sales processes and project scoping.

• Execute senior-level billable professional service engagements, encompassing PSU outcome-specific tasks and Resident Advisor programs.

• Develop data quality initiatives, data strategies, process analyses, and optimization efforts.

• Act as an Informatica Journey leader in areas such as MDM, Data Governance, Data Integration, and related fields.

• Organize monthly office hours featuring guest speakers and Q&A sessions.

• Collaborate with Informatica product development teams and support quarterly business review initiatives.

• Work alongside the Informatica Community of Practice team.

• Enhance knowledge of Informatica, Salesforce ecosystem products, and AI platforms.

• Create scalable AI-enabled agents and processes to enhance delivery efficiency.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.

• Develop new service offerings and refine the PSU catalog.

• Partner with Salesforce Professional Services colleagues to leverage cross-team capabilities and engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in the data management field.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in leading group workshops or presenting to larger audiences.

• Strong analytical, interviewing, and curiosity skills.

• Familiarity with MDM, Data Governance, and Data Quality, including their significance in client data ecosystems.

• Previous experience in leadership roles on either the business or technical side, or both.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and handle concurrent priorities and client engagements.

• Self-motivated mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.

• Practical knowledge of contemporary data architecture.

• Preferred: Experience in senior leadership positions within data management, including leading COEs, data teams, development groups, or AI/ML teams.

• Preferred: In-depth understanding of AI capabilities and experience in developing reusable AI agents/accelerators.

• Preferred: Background in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce capabilities/platforms such as Tableau, Data360, Salesforce, and Mulesoft.

• Preferred: Ability to interpret data diagrams (ERDs) and conceptual architectures.
