Senior Solution Architect – Healthcare & Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and governance of comprehensive technology solutions that meet both business and customer requirements.

• Collaborate with System Architects and engineering teams to establish architecture roadmaps while ensuring technical feasibility.

• Assist Solution Trains and Agile Release Trains, which includes Program Increment planning and ensuring architecture alignment.

• Create and uphold the Architectural Runway.

• Lead architectural decisions spanning cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, data platforms, and enterprise systems.

• Advocate for best practices in data governance, data quality, security, and compliance.

• Facilitate the creation and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering methodologies.

• Counsel business stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and delivery teams.

• Ensure uniformity of technology strategies across teams, programs, and suppliers.

• Assess emerging technologies and propose enhancements to boost business value and operational effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a comparable senior position.

• Extensive experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences or other highly regulated sectors.

• Demonstrated experience with SAFe / Agile methodologies at scale.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture, APIs, integration, data platforms, CI/CD, and enterprise architecture principles.

• Familiarity with data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.

• Proven experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.
