Senior Solution Architect – Finance & Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive Finance & Accounting outsourcing solutions covering Source to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report processes.

• Evaluate client needs and convert them into scalable operational frameworks.

• Formulate onshore, nearshore, offshore, and hybrid service delivery strategies.

• Design organizational frameworks, staffing models, governance protocols, and service management structures.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancement and automation through workflow, AI, OCR, RPA, and analytics.

• Set productivity benchmarks, staffing projections, cost structures, performance objectives, and service level agreements based on benchmark data.

• Examine transaction volumes, processing times, complexity variables, and operational metrics.

• Create capacity models and forecasts for deal pricing and business cases.

• Lead Finance & Accounting solution responses for RFPs, RFIs, and client initiatives.

• Craft solution narratives, executive summaries, staffing strategies, transition methodologies, and service delivery frameworks.

• Work with pricing teams on cost analyses and commercial suggestions.

• Engage in proposal evaluations, client presentations, solution workshops, and due diligence activities.

• Conduct discovery workshops and deliver recommendations to executive stakeholders.

• Address client inquiries and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.

• Develop transition and implementation strategies and evaluate transition risks.

• Establish governance, reporting, and continuous improvement frameworks.

• Aid in the transition from sales to implementation teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations, consulting, outsourcing, shared services, or business process services.

• More than 3 years of experience in designing solutions for F&A outsourcing, managed services, or shared services organizations.

• Proven experience in supporting large-scale RFP responses and competitive pursuits.

• In-depth knowledge of F&A process areas and operational models.

• Experience in constructing staffing, productivity, and financial models using benchmark data.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent business writing and executive presentation capabilities.

• Preferred: Experience in BPO, shared services, consulting, or finance transformation environments.

• Preferred: Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle.

• Preferred: Experience with RPA, OCR, AI, and workflow platforms.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies.
