This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more states.
• Oversee the implementation of Blue Yonder products, taking full responsibility for comprehensive solution design.
• Collaborate with customer business and IT teams throughout all project stages.
• Provide guidance to the functional team during the implementation process.
• Act as a functional and industry specialist.
• Engage in essential meetings with the Project Manager, key customer representatives, and users.
• Work closely with Product Management to identify trends for future product features and improvements.
• Mentor junior associates within the Blue Yonder team.
• Collaborate with the pre-sales team to evaluate project demands and suggest appropriate roles.
• Design and implement Blue Yonder solutions for medium to large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Comprehend and apply Blue Yonder solutions to enhance customer business processes.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in the Supply Chain/Retail sector.
• Deep understanding of planning and retail processes, including demand management, supply chain optimization, replenishment/fulfillment, category management, and assortment optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Practical experience with, implementation of, or support for modern supply chain applications such as BlueYonder, i2, Manugistics, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Infor, Logility, o9, Quintiq, or similar planning tools.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, at a business level.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Europe.
• Eligibility to live and work in the European Union.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and Data Science principles.
• Experience in the implementation of supply chain software.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Basic skills in Python and SQL.
• Proficiency in additional European languages, such as German or French, is a plus.
