This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to facilitate enterprise opportunities throughout the EMEA region, concentrating on telecommunications, healthcare, finance, and the public sector.
• Spearhead technical discovery sessions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements with clients and partners.
• Employ BANT and MEDDPICC discovery frameworks to identify business drivers, stakeholder alignment, budget authority, and decision timelines.
• Convert discovery insights into business cases and technical proposals that quantify ROI and outline the pathway to scalable, production-ready AI.
• Transform customer requirements into solution architectures utilizing Palette, Palette Vertex, and PaletteAI, in accordance with Kubernetes best practices and enterprise AI governance.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and enablement sessions for both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Structure technical solutions around cost, risk, speed, compliance, and hardware ROI tailored for C-level executives.
• Offer field feedback to shape product direction and go-to-market strategies.
• Assist in partner enablement and collaborative customer engagements.
• Represent Spectro Cloud at industry events and conferences throughout the EMEA region.
• Cultivate subject-matter expertise in EMEA regulatory and compliance requirements, including GDPR, data residency, NIS2, and sector-specific mandates.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey, from discovery to production deployment.
• Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, acting as an authority on Kubernetes strategy, edge computing, and AI-driven workload deployment.
• Located in the United Kingdom.
• Over 6 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes; CKA certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Terraform, Git, Helm, and YAML.
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms including SSO and RBAC.
• Awareness of container security.
• Practical experience troubleshooting and deploying in diverse multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven success in supporting complex enterprise sales engagements using structured discovery and value-based sales methodologies such as BANT or MEDDPICC.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to articulate ROI, total cost of ownership, and business case narratives to CFOs and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and across the EMEA region as necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
