Senior Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive the strategy, design, execution, and worldwide implementation of enterprise Workforce Management solutions.

• Oversee Workforce Software configuration, encompassing Time & Attendance rules, pay policies, and system parameters.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver cohesive solutions.

• Manage and support integrations between WFS, Workday, ADP, UKG/Kronos, and regional payroll platforms.

• Ensure that deployed solutions adhere to country-specific labor laws, union agreements, and Works Council mandates.

• Create strategic deployment roadmaps, business cases, project updates, and plans for risk mitigation.

• Work in partnership with implementation vendors to guarantee that project deliverables align with timelines and quality standards.

• Recognize and implement continuous improvement opportunities to standardize WFM operations on a global scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of focused experience in Workforce Management (WFM) platforms and process design.

• Significant experience in leading global rollouts and implementations of Workforce Software (WFS), including Time & Attendance and complex pay rule configurations.

• Demonstrated success in supporting integrations between WFM platforms and Workday, ADP, UKG/Kronos, and global payroll providers.

• Proficient in gathering business requirements, designing scalable processes, and managing intricate multi-country deployment timelines and risks.

• Experience in managing external vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, IT, and Enterprise Architecture.

• Strong understanding of local labor laws, payroll regulations, union rules, and Works Council compliance requirements across international jurisdictions.

• Exceptional strategic communication skills for presenting roadmaps, project status, risks, and business cases to senior leadership.

• Willingness to work across multiple time zones.

• Nice-to-have: experience with change management frameworks and promoting user adoption.

• Nice-to-have: practical experience in standardizing and optimizing global WFM processes within multi-entity environments.
