Senior Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Lead a technical implementation team in all facets of solution delivery.

• Convert customer requirements into technical solutions utilizing the Aras Innovator architecture and applications.

• Organize workshops and develop tailored solutions.

• Build consensus among stakeholders to ensure timely delivery that aligns with business value.

• Oversee and support the development of requirements specifications, Use Cases, and functional specifications.

• Conduct solution analysis.

• Create customer-facing proposals and assist in drafting statements of work.

• Facilitate and contribute to the continuous enhancement of PLM solution delivery.

• Take ownership of overall solution delivery and provide technical guidance.

• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal project managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise software implementations in an Architect role, ideally within PLM.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience).

• Experience in sectors such as Automotive, Consumer Products, High Tech Electronics, Medical Devices, Aerospace, Defense, or Shipbuilding.

• Strong skills in building relationships with colleagues and external customers.

• Proficient communication skills in challenging customer situations.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of prioritizing, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities.

• Ability to produce clear and understandable Requirements, SoW’s, Specification Documents, and Use Cases.

• Fluency in English and Swedish.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the Nordic region.

• Swedish citizenship is required for assignments needing security clearance in Sweden.

• Preferred experience in Engineering Design, Engineering Change Processes, Phase Gate Project Management, Quality Systems Processes, Manufacturing Process Planning, CMII Change Management, Systems Engineering, Requirements Engineering, Maintenance Design, Planning and Execution, Configuration Management, or Variant Management.
