Senior Software Solutions Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and execute cutting-edge software and process solutions.

• Develop, test, and assist with custom data integrations between cloud-based and on-premises enterprise business applications.

• Work closely with stakeholders to grasp project requirements and devise solutions that align with project goals.

• Design technical solutions for the needs of business applications.

• Drive problem-solving efforts across frontend, backend, API, data, integration, and cloud layers.

• Produce and maintain technical documentation.

• Detect and resolve software issues.

• Assess emerging technologies for potential integration into company software solutions.

• Offer implementation and architectural recommendations to the Business Applications Manager.

• Occasionally manage and support applications.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partner vendors to enhance in-house capabilities.

• Ensure operational continuity, system reliability, and strategic modernization initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of experience in the software development industry.

• Preferred experience in building integrations between enterprise business applications such as MS Dynamics, UKG Pro, MS Project Online, and ProjectWise.

• Advanced knowledge of Visual Studio IDE and Azure DevOps.

• Proficient in Microsoft software and Azure technologies, including MS SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, Key Vault, Service Bus, App Services, and Logic Apps.

• Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other contemporary integration technologies.

• Familiarity with the traditional Microsoft stack: MS Windows, Active Directory, and MS SQL Server.

• Skilled in C#, ASP.Net, Microsoft T-SQL, PowerShell, XML, and JavaScript.

• Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, documentation, and technical agility.

• Willingness to embrace AI-assisted development tools and coding agents.

• Self-motivated with a sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.

• Relevant military experience will be considered.
