This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Oversee large-scale, intricate cross-functional software implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Take ownership of project governance, encompassing stakeholder management, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with client and partner stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare reports on installation activities and maintain stringent control over project forecasts.
• Supervise project readiness and coordinate the delivery of equipment and licenses for system installations.
• Examine purchase order transmittals and follow up on any unusual service requirements.
• Mentor and assist in the development of other project managers.
• Provide guidance to customers on facility needs, including Active Directory, domain, IT security, power, network, workstation layout, and server specifications.
• Create procedures, FAQs, and technical documentation.
• Conduct training on products, processes, and procedures.
• Identify and implement suitable methods and procedures for new or complex assignments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project execution, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Must reside within the Southwest Zone: AR, AZ, CO, KS, ND, NE, NM, OK, SD, TX, UT, WY.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct project management or oncology experience is necessary.
• Ability to travel 15–20% for customer visits, training, or in-person meetings.
• Strong customer service orientation and capability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Highly analytical with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP products and productivity software is preferred.
• Must be available to support projects across Central and Mountain U.S. time zones.
• Familiarity with software deployment and use in healthcare settings, particularly in cancer care, is preferred.
• Project management experience or certifications are favored.
• Must comply with applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements for client-site access, which may include valid identification, background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
