Senior Software Product Manager – FAB Web

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers, end-users, and internal stakeholders to gather comprehensive product requirements.

• Identify product gaps and generate ideas to enhance customer experience.

• Convert product objectives into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.

• Prioritize user stories according to business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.

• Refine and revise user stories in response to feedback and changing priorities.

• Maintain a well-organized and prioritized product backlog.

• Create release plans that minimize disruptions while maximizing release value.

• Oversee release processes, define the scope of releases, and ensure proper documentation.

• Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to address testing and post-release issues and bugs.

• Facilitate alignment among sales, customer success, development, marketing, and both internal and external teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of product management experience in software (SaaS) within construction, fabrication, mining, or related industrial sectors is preferred but not mandatory.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities, organize tasks, plan effectively, meet challenging deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

• Proven experience in problem-solving and innovative thinking.

• Ability to cultivate a collaborative and transparent working environment.

• Proficient in facilitating communication between sales, customer success, development, marketing, and other teams.

• Experience with Product Management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
