Senior Enterprise Platforms Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +43 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and comprehensive delivery for Payment Integrity platforms, encompassing PISCES pre-pay claim editing and Appeals/PI Bot automation.

• Create, sustain, and disseminate product strategy and multi-year roadmaps that align with Payment Integrity, Mission Simplify, and BTS priorities.

• Spearhead strategic initiatives from the initial intake and discovery stages through planning and execution.

• Manage Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), capability/feature hierarchy, and maintain delivery-ready Jira backlogs.

• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, and vendors to delineate scope, sequencing, dependencies, and success metrics.

• Facilitate PI Planning, prioritize tasks, and ensure reliable feature delivery.

• Relay risks, trade-offs, and decisions to leadership effectively.

• Assess and report on value realization, including savings, edit accuracy, automation rates, fallout, cycle time, efficiencies, ROI, and product investment value.

• Utilize AI tools throughout discovery, requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis processes.

• Advocate for responsible AI practices with human-in-the-loop controls.

• Mediate portfolio impacts and delivery commitments for new or modified priorities.

• Evaluate and influence user stories and milestones to steer Agile and Scrum teams.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned while adhering to policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree along with 4–6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent expertise attained through applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skills.

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related technology roles within a healthcare payer or claims setting is preferred (7+ years is ideal).

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in Payment Integrity, claims editing, appeals, or automation.

• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies and experience applying AI tools to product initiatives is preferred.

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Windsurf/Devin Desktop, and Jira Rovo.

• Understanding of PISCES pre-pay claim editing and Appeals/PI Bot automation platforms.

• Capability to collaborate with Payment Integrity Operations, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, and vendors.

• Knowledge of BRDs, capability/feature hierarchies, delivery-ready Jira backlogs, as well as Agile and Scrum methodologies.
