Senior Software Engineer, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement Salesforce customizations and applications utilizing Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and declarative tools.

• Construct scalable and secure solutions on Experience Cloud and Commerce Cloud.

• Optimize and implement Accounting Seed to enhance financial operations.

• Integrate payment gateways to ensure smooth and secure transaction processing.

• Develop and maintain CPQ solutions tailored for pricing and quoting workflows.

• Create custom components to meet unique business requirements.

• Utilize the Salesforce Marketplace for the design and deployment of apps and solutions.

• Collect, analyze, and convert stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.

• Design scalable Salesforce architectures that align with business objectives and best practices.

• Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, third-party systems, and internal platforms.

• Provide mentorship to junior developers.

• Collaborate with UI/UX, support, project management, and other cross-functional teams.

• Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce.

• Refactor and optimize code for improved efficiency and scalability.

• Stay updated with Salesforce enhancements and implement new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Practical experience with Accounting Seed configuration and customization.

• Proficient in implementing Experience Cloud and Commerce Cloud.

• Expertise in building modern, reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Strong capabilities in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce declarative tools.

• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP integrations.

• Preferred Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, or Commerce Cloud Developer.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Git is preferred.

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies is preferred.

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and modern front-end development tools is preferred.

• Knowledge of financial applications is preferred.
