Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain tailored solutions in Salesforce according to business requirements.

• Create functionalities using Apex, Triggers, Apex Classes, and asynchronous Apex.

• Design and develop components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Create and maintain process automations utilizing Salesforce Flow / Flow Builder.

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.

• Work with the Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, validation rules, and formulas.

• Implement and maintain Salesforce security model configurations, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.

• Analyze functional and business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.

• Perform debugging, analysis, and error resolution in Apex, Flow, LWC, and integrations.

• Participate in deployments using Salesforce CLI, Change Sets, Git, and/or CI/CD tools.

• Apply development best practices and Salesforce standards to ensure scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience developing in Salesforce.

• Strong experience with Sales Cloud.

• Proficient in Apex, including triggers, classes, asynchronous Apex, and development best practices.

• Solid knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.

• Experience with Lightning Flow / Flow Builder and process automation.

• Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP).

• Experience working with the Salesforce Data Model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, validation rules, formulas, etc.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model: profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and access control.

• Experience with Salesforce deployments and tools like Salesforce CLI, Change Sets, or CI/CD tools.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions within Salesforce.

• Problem-solving skills, ability to investigate errors, and debug in Apex and automations.

• English B2+ proficiency, capable of participating in technical meetings with clients/teams in the USA and India.

• Salesforce certifications are desirable.

• General experience with other clouds is a plus.
