Salesforce Developer, Vlocity/OmniStudio – Mid-Level/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and improve Salesforce solutions as part of a strategic digital transformation initiative in the Utilities sector.

• Create and tailor applications utilizing Apex and the inherent capabilities of the Salesforce platform.

• Implement and oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems, including SAP S/4HANA.

• Assist in technical decision-making, requirements analysis, and the development of new features.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and scalability of the solutions provided.

• Support efforts related to sales, customer service, and post-sales processes on the Salesforce platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing on the Salesforce platform.

• Familiarity with Vlocity/OmniStudio.

• Strong understanding of Apex programming.

• Experience with integrations and creating scalable solutions.

• Capacity to work independently in highly complex settings.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a focus on delivery.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Industries is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Energy & Utilities Cloud is beneficial.

• Understanding of Integration Procedures is a plus.

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives involving Salesforce and SAP is preferred.

• Background in the Utilities, Energy, or Regulated Markets sectors is a plus.

• Knowledge of integration architecture and services on the Salesforce platform is advantageous.
