Senior Software Engineer – Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become part of a dedicated team collaborating closely with CEO Dmytro Klochko.

• Take ownership of features from inception to the user-facing product.

• Work alongside the CEO to establish product priorities and their rationale.

• Transform vague concepts into tangible products without waiting for all questions to be resolved.

• Challenge product requirement documents and advocate for enhanced solutions.

• Collaborate with team members to discuss and remove obstacles to progress.

• Implement new tools to streamline the engineering workflow.

• Deliver products to tens of millions of users within a matter of weeks.

• Balance swift execution with deliberate problem-solving.

• Take ownership of significant product surfaces, prioritizing user experience and outcomes.

• Senior-level engineering experience.

• Experience in building and launching consumer products that reached actual users.

• Proven track record of managing complex features from start to finish.

• Background in founding or working with early-stage startups.

• Passion for coding and proactive engineering.

• Capability to utilize available tools to accomplish tasks effectively.

• Strong design intuition and aesthetic sense.

• Ability to think from first principles.

• Product-focused approach.

• Proficient in English.

• Skill in writing and reviewing product specifications.

• Positive attitude and low-maintenance work style.

• Experience as a founding engineer or in early-stage settings is a plus.

• Familiarity with working without detailed specifications is advantageous.
