Senior Software Engineer – React.js, Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical execution and feature development of Digital Menu Board solutions tailored for Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) clients.

• Provide high-quality Content Management System (CMS) features specifically designed for QSR clients.

• Conceptualize, develop, and sustain scalable Digital Menu Board features and services for enterprise-level QSR clients.

• Work collaboratively with engineers, DevOps teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional groups to deliver top-notch solutions.

• Engage in code reviews and advocate for engineering best practices.

• Produce and uphold technical documentation, coding standards, and development guidelines.

• Assist in cloud infrastructure deployments and initiatives aimed at platform scalability in conjunction with DevOps teams.

• Mentor and guide team members through knowledge sharing and technical support.

• Detect opportunities for enhancing system performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Take part in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making for upcoming platform enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive experience in developing applications utilizing TypeScript and principles of object-oriented programming.

• Proficient backend development experience with frameworks such as NestJS and Express.

• Frontend proficiency in at least one modern framework: Angular, React, or Svelte.

• Experience with dependency injection patterns and libraries, including tsyringe.

• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and distributed applications.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an agile development environment.

• Desirable experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.

• Experience in building or enhancing Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus.

• Knowledge of Digital Signage platforms or technology solutions for restaurants is advantageous.

• Experience in contributing to architectural decisions and technical standards is preferred.

• Familiarity with other frameworks (Angular, Svelte) is a bonus.
