Senior AI-Augmented Full-Stack Developer / Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and develop four Nexus AI-enabled applications encompassing the front end, back end, databases, and integration layers.

• Convert the business requirements of the Australian team into actionable technical solutions.

• Integrate Nexus with the Ostendo ERP API and introduce new modules and features.

• Utilize AI-assisted development while meticulously reviewing and taking ownership of every line of code delivered.

• Integrate applications with OpenAI, Claude, and Microsoft AI services.

• Develop a product specification and document a knowledge engine using RAG, embeddings, and vector search.

• Implement structured outputs, function calling, AI agents, and workflow automation where beneficial.

• Choose between AI solutions and traditional software logic for each challenge.

• Create a technical architecture that is secure, reliable, maintainable, scalable, and audit-friendly.

• Establish distinct environments for development, testing, and production.

• Communicate architectural decisions to the IT team effectively.

• Oversee Git branching, pull requests, code reviews, release management, and rollback processes.

• Implement security measures including authentication, Microsoft Authenticator/2FA, role-based access control, API security, secrets management, database security, encryption, logging, audit trails, input validation, dependency security, and web vulnerability protection.

• Review, test, and validate code generated by AI.

• Establish unit, integration, automated, and regression testing protocols.

• Set up UAT environments and assist the Australian team in validating business processes.

• Construct error handling, logging, and monitoring systems.

• Produce architecture, repository, database, and API/integration documentation.

• Draft deployment, environment/configuration, administrator, troubleshooting, and security guides.

• Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for the internal team.

• Include clear comments in the code where necessary for future maintenance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in software development.

• Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining production systems.

• Proficiency in full-stack development of modern web applications.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and API integration.

• Expertise in SQL and database design.

• Experience in developing agentic AI systems and full-stack AI applications.

• Knowledge of agent orchestration, tool usage, workflows, memory management, and multi-agent systems.

• Skills in verifying, testing, reviewing, and evaluating AI code generation.

• Understanding of LLM guardrails, policies, skills, and behavioral controls.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices for AI applications and autonomous agents.

• Knowledge of token budgeting, context-window management, latency, and inference cost optimization.

• Experience integrating AI agents with APIs, databases, authentication, monitoring, and production systems.

• Proficiency in Git and professional version control workflows.

• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.

• Experience with cloud deployment and production maintenance.

• Skills in testing and debugging.

• Daily use of AI development tools like Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.

• Preferred experience with OpenAI API, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, RAG, vector databases, and AI agents.

• Preferred experience with Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft Authenticator, Microsoft 365, and Azure DevOps.

• Preferred experience with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Next.js, and .NET/C#.

• Preferred experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Server.

• Preferred experience with GitHub, Docker, and CI/CD.

• Preferred experience with ERP integration, internal enterprise applications, and business workflow automation.
