Senior Software Engineer – React, .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create features that require innovative technical designs and integrate AI technologies.

• Guide junior developers through teamwork and organized code reviews.

• Ensure that Core Values are embodied throughout the project team.

• Develop user interfaces, data-driven REST APIs, and/or manage databases, cloud services, or servers.

• Document potential risks and obstacles while promoting development best practices.

• Support colleagues and junior team members through mentorship.

• Act as the technical subject-matter expert during sprints.

• Oversee pipelines and environments while managing crucial deliverables.

• Deliver technical and sprint demonstrations, including API methods and automated deployment procedures.

• Ensure the team comprehends acceptance criteria and monitors daily progress.

• Minimize QA feedback and complete assigned stories.

• Plan and assign technical tasks during sprints.

• Collaborate with delivery leads on prioritization, team assignments, and risk management.

• Serve as the technical liaison for clients, clearly explaining technical concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8+ years of professional experience in relevant technologies and projects.

• Experience in applying DevOps methodologies.

• Proficient in developing interactive and responsive user interfaces using React, React.JS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Experience in building .NET applications.

• Expertise in designing and implementing server-side applications with C#.

• Skilled in creating secure and efficient RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server.

• Experience in integrating front-end and back-end components and understanding application architecture.

• Ability to collaborate with client stakeholders during sprint planning and document technical strategies.

• Capability to understand and communicate business outcomes affected by development projects.

• Demonstrable expertise in at least two of the following: attractive user interfaces, data-driven REST APIs, managing databases/cloud/servers.

• Relevant education may include intensive training programs, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
