Senior Software Engineer – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve issues within the Java backend application.

• Develop and manage AWS Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi in TypeScript.

• Implement robust Object-Oriented Programming principles.

• Assist with database modernization initiatives, including the creation and execution of load-testing scripts for AWS Aurora.

• Troubleshoot and manage Kubernetes environments.

• Address reactive platform tickets to support the internal core team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Java and object-oriented programming (OOP) methodologies.

• Strong programming and software engineering skills.

• Significant hands-on experience within the AWS ecosystem.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes.

• Proven experience with Pulumi (TypeScript).

• Alternatively, extensive experience with Terraform and a strong software engineering foundation to quickly acquire Pulumi/TypeScript skills.

• A curious mindset and a self-service approach.

• Natural aptitude for problem-solving and proactive investigation of root causes.
