Senior Software Engineer – .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, implement, and prioritize intricate challenges pertaining to the financial sector and/or engineering platform products.

• Act as a key subject-matter expert for decisions related to solutions.

• Assist the team in addressing problems with ambiguous scopes and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment among all project participants.

• Offer suggestions and constructive feedback, aiding in technical decisions and sharing technical expertise with the team.

• Independently outline and execute technical plans for larger projects, often incorporating cross-team dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in software development using C#.

• In-depth understanding of algorithms and data structures.

• Strong grasp of design patterns and SOLID principles.

• Well-versed in unit and integration testing.

• Fluent in Git and familiar with Gitflow.

• Knowledgeable in Docker and containerization technologies.

• Experience with observability tools like Elasticsearch and Datadog.

• Capable of producing clean, maintainable code.

• Familiar with Agile methodologies and their practical application, particularly Kanban and/or Scrum.

• Experience with public and private cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud (a plus).

• Understanding of messaging systems like Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka (a plus).

• Knowledge of microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, or Hexagonal Architecture (a plus).

• Experience with relational and non-relational data modeling (a plus).

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Azure DevOps (a plus).

• Interest in and knowledge of the financial market (a plus).
