Senior Software Engineer, Marketing Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop systems that assist individuals in discovering Curai Health and accessing care.

• Transform marketing objectives into well-defined engineering projects.

• Establish funnel events, carry out client- and server-side tracking, and align conversion data with warehouse reporting.

• Create SQL models and dashboards to analyze cost per visit and cohort behavior.

• Support the build pipeline and ClickHouse data for marketing attribution tools.

• Design, construct, and sustain web features, APIs, and associated data flows.

• Examine site performance, conversion rates, and data quality issues, implementing enhancements as needed.

• Review code, enhance tests and monitoring, and collaborate on technical decisions with the broader engineering team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in building and maintaining production software, with significant ownership of web applications from design to delivery and ongoing iteration.

• Strong proficiency in Javascript or Typescript, along with a modern web framework like React and Next.js.

• Proven experience in launching fast, accessible landing pages and funnel experiences, including bulk publishing workflows.

• Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with warehouse data.

• Demonstrated history of managing production event tracking and measurement, including defining events, instrumenting web and backend systems, validating attribution, and troubleshooting data quality across systems.

• Strong judgment regarding web performance, accessibility, testing, and management of sensitive data.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms such as Contentful.

• Experience with experimentation platforms like Statsig, GrowthBook, LaunchDarkly, or experience in building one.

• Experience with customer data platforms such as Segment and Ours Privacy.

• Experience utilizing lifecycle tools such as Customer.io.

• Background in technical SEO and content publishing.

• Experience in designing experiments or enhancing conversion rates through A/B testing.

• Experience with LLM applications, including streaming, tool calling, and eval-driven iteration.

• Familiarity with healthcare data (CDA/CCD/FHIR) is a significant advantage.

• Employees are required to perform all work physically within the United States; international work during scheduled hours is not allowed.

• Must have reliable internet connectivity and a secure, private home-office workspace.
