Senior Software Engineer, Identity & Access Management – FedRamp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, architect, develop, and deliver essential components of Identity and Access Management.

• Oversee projects from initial specification through to final delivery.

• Mentor and support the professional development of team members.

• Enhance the codebase, implement best practices, and refine design principles.

• Establish priorities and focal points, effectively communicate them, and execute accordingly.

• Lead and actively participate in intricate technical projects and initiatives.

• Submit an initial pull request within the first week of employment.

• Contribute significantly to a major project within the first three months.

• Spearhead the design and execution of an independent project within six months.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong emphasis on backend systems.

• Proficiency in a modern compiled programming language such as Java, Go, C#, or C++.

• Willingness to learn JavaScript and/or TypeScript, along with modern frontend technologies like React and Redux.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• A strong desire to collaborate with team members and mentor other engineers.

• Attributes of curiosity, collaboration, empathy, and intellectual honesty.

• A passion for problem-solving and a commitment to learning within computer science and software engineering.

• US citizenship and physical presence on US soil are required for anyone accessing customer data or metadata within the FedRAMP Authorization Boundary.
