Senior Software Engineer, Golang

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design, development, and execution of advanced software applications and systems that align with organizational objectives.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to collect requirements and convert them into technical designs and solutions.

• Produce high-quality, efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and rectify complex software issues and performance hindrances.

• Perform unit, integration, and performance testing.

• Mentor and offer technical support to junior and mid-level engineers.

• Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards.

• Enhance software development processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry developments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project timelines and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

• 5-8 years of experience in software development, particularly with large-scale applications.

• High proficiency in various programming languages (e.g., Go, PHP, JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, Java, C#, C++, etc.).

• In-depth understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in software testing.

• Familiarity with using AI for code generation.
