Senior Software Engineer – Go

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in the creation and upkeep of new features.

• Take charge of developing systems that are essential to the organization.

• Oversee system performance and the implementation of system modifications.

• Keep thorough documentation of changes implemented.

• Construct and uphold production systems with a focus on performance, scalability, security, availability, reliability, resilience, and seamless integration with the application ecosystem.

• Identify deficiencies in the architecture and development processes and suggest enhancements.

• Conduct reviews of code and documentation.

• Execute automated testing.

• Create software using Go.

• Work collaboratively with the team on code reviews, emphasizing best practices and areas for improvement.

• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Understanding of microservices architecture.

• Ability to work collaboratively with the team during code reviews, highlighting best practices and potential areas for improvement.

• Experience with public and private cloud platforms such as OpenStack, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is advantageous.

• Familiarity with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, Kafka, and IBM MQ is beneficial.

• Knowledge of microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture, and Lambda Architecture is a plus.

• Experience with both relational and non-relational data modeling is a plus.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Azure DevOps is a plus.

• Knowledge of and interest in the financial market is a plus.
