Senior Software Engineer, Go

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and manage cloud-native Go microservices that support Form3’s real-time payments platform.

• Create highly available, low-latency, scalable systems capable of processing billions of payment requests.

• Take ownership of services from end-to-end, including design, implementation, deployment, and ongoing production support.

• Enhance cost efficiency, observability, resilience, and operational excellence.

• Improve payment functionalities, streamline complex systems, mitigate operational risks, and integrate new features without sacrificing stability.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and operational stakeholders.

• Function within autonomous teams emphasizing code quality, simplicity, and continuous improvement.

• Operate under a DevOps model throughout the entire software lifecycle.
