Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack, TS Clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize, develop, and implement robust, high-performance web applications and secure APIs.

• Analyze and visualize multi-source intelligence data, incorporating elements like social media feeds, audio streams, and geolocation telemetry.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Domain Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Engineering teams to convert intricate technical requirements into user-friendly experiences.

• Work alongside tactical operators to iteratively create, validate, and refine custom tools within national security operational environments.

• Enhance and fortify Andesite’s core platform functionalities.

• Guarantee seamless data integration, low-latency performance, and scalable infrastructure across all product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Possession of an active TS security clearance.

• At least 5 years of full-stack engineering experience.

• Proven experience in developing responsive and scalable frontends and APIs.

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.

• Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes technologies.

• Expertise in AI coding tools and harness development.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Preferred: Over 2 years of experience in an early-stage (Seed / Series A) startup environment.

• Preferred: Experience in developing AI products using natural language processing, computer vision, or other machine learning methodologies.
