This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack features across the platform.
• Create .NET backend services and APIs, data access solutions, and modern web front-ends using frameworks like Vue or React/TypeScript.
• Take ownership of architecture and technical design for features and services.
• Balance factors such as speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Write clean, well-tested, and observable code.
• Maintain rigorous testing, code review, CI/CD practices, and operational excellence.
• Leverage AI coding agents to plan, implement, test, refactor, and review software.
• Decompose complex tasks into manageable scopes and draft specifications, context, and guidelines for agents.
• Review, test, and enhance agent-generated code for accuracy, security, and quality.
• Enhance team practices using agents, reusable prompts, and tooling.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams to transform ambiguous challenges into customer-facing solutions.
• Mentor colleagues, contribute to technical vision, and set standards for an agentic-first engineering culture.
• Travel frequently for partner meetings, business reviews, industry events, and company gatherings.
• Practical experience in software development with an agentic engineering methodology using AI coding agents/assistants like Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar for real-world applications.
• Strong foundation in system design, data modeling, APIs, relational databases such as SQL Server/PostgreSQL, testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficiency with containers, automated pipelines, and observability tools.
• Exceptional judgment and code-review abilities to assess and fortify AI-generated code for accuracy, security, and performance.
• Strong communication skills and capacity to break down ambiguous problems while collaborating with a distributed, remote team.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience in building and deploying production full-stack applications.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Candidates must reside in the United States.

• Nice to have: experience in writing prompts, developing custom agent tooling, MCP servers, or agentic workflows.
• Nice to have: familiarity with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic and RAG.
• Nice to have: experience in B2B SaaS, document/process automation, or data- and workflow-intensive enterprise domains.
• Nice to have: knowledge of security and compliance in multi-tenant SaaS environments, such as SOC 2.
• Nice to have: contributions to open-source projects or a proven record of enhancing engineering practices within a team.
