Senior Software Engineer – Full-Stack, AI-Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including substantial full-stack development experience.

• Proven track record in building and delivering production SaaS applications.

• Strong expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks like React or Next.js.

• Extensive backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.

• Experience in designing REST APIs, working with relational databases, and building integrations.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage features from concept through to production.

• Practical experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar solutions.

• Strong understanding of testing, debugging, security, and performance enhancement.

• Experience in fast-paced settings with shifting priorities.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

• Background in early-stage SaaS startups.

• Experience in creating multi-tenant software platforms.

• Familiarity with integrating LLM APIs, AI agents, or workflow automation.

• Experience in AI orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or tool calling.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated QA, and infrastructure as code.

• Awareness of HIPAA, SOC 2, or other data-security and compliance frameworks.

• Experience in building legal technology, healthcare technology, or other intricate workflow products.

• Experience working directly with founders or small product teams.
