📋 Description

• Drive significant advancements in front-end products, collaborating with PMs and designers from concept to deployment.

• Develop and maintain large-scale, robust front-end applications that operate continuously.

• Establish high standards for front-end quality, including architecture, testing strategies, performance, and accessibility.

• Serve as a technical resource, mentor fellow engineers, and actively participate in the recruitment process.

• Leverage AI as a daily enhancer in your workflow, exercising discernment regarding its limitations and ensuring responsible usage.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proficient front-end engineer with a proven history of constructing and enhancing large-scale, resilient applications that function 24/7.

• Extensive expertise in modern front-end technologies: TypeScript, React and Next, GraphQL, and CSS3.

• Strong understanding of automated testing methodologies: the various types and appropriate contexts for their application.

• Experience as a technical authority: guiding teams, establishing front-end strategies, and uplifting your colleagues (including involvement in hiring).

• Ability to link technical decisions to customer and business outcomes.

• Hands-on and inquisitive about AI: employing LLMs, automation, and design/dev tools to enhance speed, quality, and clarity, while remaining mindful of their limitations, safety, and responsible use.

• Proficient in English and Portuguese.

• Located in any city in Brazil.

• Previous experience in commerce is advantageous.
