📋 Description

• Design and implement intricate, scalable systems, including multi-service integrations, high-traffic APIs, and data processing pipelines.

• Take ownership of substantial features or entire components from initial conception to production support.

• Facilitate technical discussions and guide architectural decisions.

• Establish architectural patterns, standards, and best practices.

• Ensure proper knowledge transfer and maintain documentation for the systems you own.

• Lead story refinement sessions with Product Owners for estimation and risk evaluation.

• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to provide comprehensive solutions.

• Influence technology choices based on a solid technical understanding and business context.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and enhance delivery predictability.

• Identify and address technical debt and system enhancements.

• Advocate for TDD/BDD, automated testing, and shift-left testing methodologies.

• Oversee security implementation and perform security assessments.

• Establish development tools and team practices.

• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex software issues and production incidents.

• Develop documentation standards and knowledge transfer practices.

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

• Set code review standards and conduct thorough reviews of complex features.

• Promote continuous improvement and responsible AI adoption through team governance practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong expertise with modern UI frameworks like Angular, React, Vue.js, or Blazor, with a focus on performance optimization and component architecture, or a working knowledge with backend specialization.

• Proficient in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core Web APIs, REST, application architectures, and distributed systems.

• Solid understanding of SQL, NoSQL, and data architecture decisions.

• Experience integrating AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Devin, or Claude Code into engineering workflows.

• Advanced implementation experience with DataDog, Application Insights, or Amazon CloudWatch, focusing on performance tuning and cost optimization.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or AWS CloudFormation/CDK.

• Experience in designing comprehensive CI/CD architectures and deployment strategies.

• Strong proficiency in SaaS utilizing Azure or AWS services, including infrastructure design and performance optimization.

• Extensive containerization experience with Docker or Kubernetes, including deployment at production scale.

• Expertise in clean architecture principles, SOLID design patterns, and domain-driven design.

• Proven experience in driving TDD/BDD adoption and implementing thorough automated testing.

• Background in creating highly scalable, internet-facing solutions.

• Experience in profiling and benchmarking applications.

• Competence in vulnerability management, threat modeling, and tracking.

• Knowledge of observability, production support, debugging, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting.

• Proven capability to deliver complex, multi-system solutions.

• Demonstrated technical leadership through architectural decisions, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration.

• Record of fostering technical excellence, establishing standards, and influencing technology choices.

• Active mentoring experience with junior and mid-level engineers.

• Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple sprints or quarters.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
