Senior Software Engineer, DevSecOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, automate, and scale cloud infrastructure for web applications and machine learning pipelines.

• Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines for application deployments and machine learning workloads.

• Implement DevSecOps methodologies, including security scans, IAM policies, and compliance automation.

• Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance.

• Optimize workloads for cost, reliability, and scalability across API services, web applications, and machine learning model serving.

• Address on-call issues related to infrastructure, deployments, and machine learning pipelines.

• Promote best practices in infrastructure security, cost governance, and reliability engineering.

• Mentor junior DevSecMLOps engineers.

• Collaborate with machine learning, development, and product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in DevOps, MLOps, and security practices.

• Strong proficiency in AWS and Kubernetes/Docker.

• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

• In-depth knowledge of the machine learning model lifecycle management, including training, deployment, and monitoring.

• Familiarity with security automation, vulnerability scanning, and compliance (CIS, SOC2, GDPR).

• Strong scripting abilities in Python and Bash.

• Proficient debugging skills and effective online research capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with Cursor.AI or similar AI development tools.

• Background in a product-based company.
