Senior Software Engineer – CSM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Software Engineers.

• Develop and implement customizations for ServiceNow within customer projects.

• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for issues on the ServiceNow platform.

• Address and resolve challenges related to CSM, integrations, portals, and other ServiceNow modules.

• Provide support and maintenance for various ServiceNow modules.

• Oversee and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions.

• Engage in platform upgrades, cloning, patching, and performance optimization efforts.

• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development and configuration best practices.

• Document technical solutions, workflows, and resolutions for issues.

• Execute deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with ServiceNow CSM and Custom Applications.

• Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring Software Engineers.

• Proven track record in implementing and developing ServiceNow customizations based on functional and technical requirements.

• Background in managing large-scale, complex professional services projects.

• Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• Certified Application Developer (CAD) / CIS - ITSM.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow development and configuration best practices.

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, portals, and various modules.

• Skills in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, as well as upgrades, cloning, patching, and performance optimization.
