This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop full-stack, AI-driven products utilizing TypeScript and Python, covering everything from data models and APIs to user interfaces for claims specialists.

• Create services, data pipelines, integrations, and user interfaces for auto casualty and injury claims solutions.

• Engage in projects involving medical-bill AI products, claims decision-support tools, and the Agentic Rules Platform.

• Collaborate directly with product managers, machine learning and AI engineers, as well as claims professionals.

• Take ownership of design documents, conduct code reviews, and ensure reliability, security, and meticulous management of sensitive health information.

• Rapidly prototype new ideas and establish robust production systems.

• Deliver to production within the initial month and work autonomously within the codebase.

• Manage a specific product area and guide features from conception to customer delivery within a six-month timeframe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Proficient, hands-on full-stack capabilities in TypeScript and Python.

• Familiarity with a contemporary front-end framework, such as React.

• Experience in backend services development.

• Strong skills in data modeling and relational database design, including multi-tenant architectures.

• Proven ability to transform ambiguous challenges into production-ready solutions, in close collaboration with product teams and customers.

• Experience in accelerating product delivery using AI-assisted or agentic engineering tools, with relevant examples to discuss.

• Familiarity with building products on large language models (LLMs) or AI agents is a plus.

• Video interview is mandatory.
