• Background in designing and developing across multiple layers of applications.

• Experience in mentoring junior team members.

• Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences (desirable).

• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques (desirable).

• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting live applications (desirable).

• Active involvement in knowledge-sharing initiatives (desirable).

• Proficiency in various programming languages and data storage technologies (desirable).

• Ability to balance technical choices with user requirements and business constraints (desirable).

• Understanding of public cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS offerings (desirable).
