This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement Go backend services that facilitate wallet operations, liquidity movements, and cross-chain bridging for both custodial and non-custodial flows.

• Develop and enhance distributed systems that manage the transaction lifecycle, including signing, broadcasting, and on-chain reconciliation across various blockchain protocols such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Solana.

• Enhance the reliability and observability of wallet services.

• Participate in incident response efforts, conduct post-mortems, and implement systemic solutions to ensure Tier-0 availability.

• Collaborate with Trading, Custody, Staking, and cross-platform teams to integrate wallet services with downstream products.

• Define service contracts and address cross-team dependencies.

• Break down legacy systems into modular, reusable platform services.

• Perform code reviews, offer design feedback, and share architectural and coding expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering.

• Proficiency in Go programming language.

• Practical experience in designing and managing service-oriented distributed systems.

• Track record of building, scaling, and maintaining production backend services with a focus on correctness and reliability.

• Knowledge of blockchain technologies, including transaction construction, on-chain data indexing, or cross-chain integrations involving Ethereum, Bitcoin, or Solana.

• Experience in transforming monolithic systems into scalable microservices or contributing to platform architecture utilized by multiple teams.

• Strong ability to collaborate with various teams, clearly communicate technical trade-offs, and independently drive projects from design to production.

• Responsible approach to using generative AI, ensuring human oversight.

• Candidates must be based in the USA.
