This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, low-latency services utilizing Java, C++, Groovy, and Python.

• Enhance services for throughput and reliability in B2B Scores projects catering to both internal and external clients.

• Spearhead cloud architecture and DevOps strategies leveraging AWS services.

• Containerize applications using Docker and oversee Kubernetes cluster management.

• Guide junior engineers through code reviews, collaborative design, and hands-on project leadership.

• Ensure the delivery of complex, mission-critical solutions with high quality and timeliness.

• Work in partnership with Analytics, Data, and Product Management teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Utilize approved AI coding assistants for tasks such as scaffolding, test generation, refactoring, cross-language ports, and initial documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.

• Over 7 years of substantial software development and delivery experience.

• Proficient coding abilities in one or more of the following: C, C++, Java, or .Net/C#.

• More than 5 years of experience with AWS services including ECS, IAM, EKS, S3, Lambda, and API gateways.

• Familiarity with Spring Boot, Hibernate/PostgreSQL, AngularJS, and NgRx.

• Experience in AI prompt engineering and working with LLMs such as Claude Code.

• Background in software architecture involving MVC frameworks, abstract factory patterns, design patterns, class diagrams, and ER diagrams.

• Strong understanding of software development and deployment within the SDLC process.

• Solid knowledge of database concepts and programming, including SQL/Postgres DB and SQL/NoSQL queries.

• Proficient with Git and Bitbucket.

• Experience in maintaining and upgrading product source code.

• Skilled in writing product specifications, documenting features, and effectively presenting them to an audience.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a geographically dispersed team.

• Experience with Agile methodologies, test-driven development (TDD), and test automation is a plus.

• Familiarity with Python or Groovy is an added advantage.
