This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance the frontend of DogByte and other internal tools.
• Implement features that support clinical care, financial health, and hospital operations.
• Manage projects from initial problem definition to production launch, including technical design, sequencing, testing, deployment, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Design to maintain and advance design standards.
• Create consistent, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces.
• Advocate for frontend best practices related to component architecture, performance, accessibility, and testing.
• Collaborate with Product to comprehend hospital and internal team workflows.
• Engage in backend and full-stack development to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Utilize AI tools for code generation, review, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Assess work across teams and offer technical insights.
• Strong product judgment and the capability to understand user workflows.
• Ability to lead frontend initiatives from vague problems to production-ready interfaces.
• Proactive stance on reliability, maintainability, accessibility, and scalability.
• Experience collaborating with designers and utilizing a shared component library or design system.
• Background in building or configuring AI-enabled skills, tools, workflows, or agents.
• Direct experience with React, TypeScript, and Base UI.
• At least 5 years in engineering settings where developers manage code through to release, including CI/CD and production quality.
• Interest in cross-stack work is a bonus, not a necessity.
