Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain intricate web applications across both front-end and back-end technologies.

• Establish technical standards and oversee the development workflow.

• Ensure that project milestones are achieved efficiently.

• Create, test, maintain, and enhance high-quality production-level code.

• Conduct comprehensive code reviews and utilize static analysis and quality assurance tools.

• Make strategic technical choices and outline scalable, maintainable software solutions.

• Develop software concepts and document design choices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives.

• Co-develop solutions with end-users and incorporate customer feedback.

• Lead projects autonomously, tackle complex technical challenges, and deliver robust solutions within tight deadlines.

• Implement clean code principles and DevOps methodologies, including continuous integration and deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of practical experience in full-stack development and enterprise-level applications.

• Proficient in Angular 15+, Java 21, JavaScript, REST, and Spring Boot 3.x+.

• Skilled with IntelliJ IDEA, Git, Docker, MySQL 8, AWS, and Jenkins.

• Experience in unit testing and integration testing.

• Proficient with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude (Anthropic) and GitHub Copilot; capable of reviewing, validating, and extending AI-generated code.

• Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.

• Capable of developing, testing, maintaining, and improving production-quality code.

• Able to enhance code quality through code reviews, static analysis, and quality assurance tools.

• Strong architectural mindset with the ability to define scalable, maintainable software solutions.

• Competent in creating software concepts and maintaining thorough design documentation.

• Able to work independently with a sense of ownership, initiative, and a proactive approach.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
