📋 Description

• Develop robust solutions for intricate projects and create scalable software applications that drive new business initiatives.

• Produce, test, and implement efficient, maintainable code that meets quality and performance standards.

• Operate within an Agile framework and adjust development efforts according to changing requirements.

• Oversee projects from inception to deployment with minimal oversight, owning technical decisions and their outcomes.

• Conduct code audits, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycle.

• Review existing systems and pinpoint opportunities for optimization.

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, offering technical guidance and support for their professional growth.

• Influence technical decisions and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills.

• Suggest future development options and technology selections that align with business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in deploying production software using Python and Java.

• Strong technical expertise.

• Excellent skills in problem-solving and debugging.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) and the ability to integrate them into your workflow.

• Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.

• Ability to articulate complex issues clearly and succinctly.

• Capacity to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
