Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable data and application services that support AI-driven solutions.

• Construct and uphold workflow orchestration, integration, and automation capabilities across enterprise platforms.

• Create and enhance backend services, APIs, and microservices utilizing contemporary cloud-native architectures.

• Assess and implement emerging technologies to boost system reliability, performance, and developer productivity.

• Execute monitoring, observability, and operational tooling to guarantee platform health and application performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage in Agile ceremonies.

• Conduct peer reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.

• Design, develop, and optimize intelligent systems and autonomous agents throughout the complete agent development stack.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Proficiency in Python and its relevant libraries.

• Solid understanding of algorithms, distributed systems, and cloud-native design principles.

• Experience in building and utilizing REST APIs and event-driven systems.

• Extensive knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple tasks.

• Keen analytical skills.

• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding pipelines.

• Experience with real-time or streaming platforms like Kinesis or Kafka.

• Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies.

• Experience in reinforcement learning or agentic evaluation frameworks.

• Familiarity with LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks.

• Understanding of LLM model integration and tuning.

• Practical experience with LangSmith or LangFuse observability tools.

• Experience in developing MCP Servers.
