Mid-Level Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the Mindly product, a marketplace connecting psychologists with their clients.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Team and the CEO.

• Identify user needs and critical challenges.

• Design and assess potential solutions.

• Contribute to AI-driven experiences, including workflows and the AI Companion for users seeking mental health support.

• Implement AI-native development methodologies to speed up delivery, experimentation, and product discovery.

• Independently manage the entire development cycle, from identifying problems to launching production.

• Work effectively with a cross-functional team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of commercial experience in a product-focused company.

• Proficient in Node.js and React.js.

• Familiarity with TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, Express.js, Nest.js, Google Cloud Platform, Firestore, and PostgreSQL.

• Product-oriented mindset aimed at resolving user challenges.

• Experience in developing AI-powered products, LLM workflows, RAG systems, AI agents, or significant experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering tasks.

• Strong engineering principles.

• Capability to design scalable and maintainable systems.

• Quick adaptability to new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools.

• Experience in mobile app development is an added advantage.
