Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop LLM agents and automation workflows to replace manual operational tasks.

• Create and implement AI-driven care orchestration systems that manage treatment pathways for patients, providers, pharmacies, and internal teams.

• Recognize valuable automation prospects in collaboration with clinical and business operations teams.

• Take ownership of and deliver internal and external products for clinical teams, growth teams, partners, and customers.

• Engage with users, implement tracking for delivered products, and leverage data to prioritize future enhancements.

• Construct and sustain shared services, identity/authentication protocols, and HIPAA-compliant data frameworks.

• Implement integrations across CRM systems and external healthcare platforms.

• Design PHI-safe LLM pipelines, agent orchestration frameworks, evaluation systems, and MCP integrations.

• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Business Operations, and company leadership to enhance care delivery and improve internal efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing AI systems for production, including LLM integrations, agents, or AI-driven workflows.

• TypeScript-native full-stack generalist who is proficient in frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure.

• Proven ability to deliver swiftly and with high quality, including code, UI, and documentation, without the aid of a designer or QA team.

• Experience in building products from the ground up in an early-stage startup environment.

• Significant utilization of AI in personal development workflows.

• Experience in healthcare or HIPAA compliance, data pipelines such as BigQuery and ETL, or CRM integrations like Salesforce and HubSpot are considered advantageous.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Should indicate whether visa sponsorship is needed now or in the future.
