📋 Description

• Collaborate with a small, dynamic team, typically consisting of 3–5 members, to design, build, and implement solutions that address real-world business challenges.

• Utilize agentic coding tools such as Cursor and Claude on a daily basis to plan, write, refactor, and test code while upholding quality and design principles.

• Design and enhance systems using Domain-Driven Design, which involves bounded contexts, well-structured aggregates, and significant domain events.

• Develop and sustain event-driven architectures, including CQRS and event-sourced systems.

• Collaborate with product owners, clients, and fellow engineers to transform vague requirements into clear, maintainable software.

• Mentor team members, share insights on architecture and effective agentic workflows, and contribute to elevating the team’s standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Expertise in utilizing agentic coding tools like Cursor and Claude, including effective guidance, reviewing their outputs, and knowing when to take control yourself.

• Practical experience with Domain-Driven Design, encompassing aggregates, domain events, and bounded contexts.

• Experience in building event-driven systems, with a solid understanding of CQRS and Event Sourcing.

• Proficient in Python and Django.

• Familiarity with C# and .NET.

• A curious mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning.
