Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Develop features for cutting-edge enterprise-level SaaS software in the freight logistics sector.

• Design and implement various system components.

• Prioritize tasks effectively and communicate progress regularly.

• Influence the developer community while co-evolving culture and architecture.

• Promote modern software development methodologies.

• Collaborate throughout the organization on enhancements, objectives, and roadmaps.

• Create and deliver high-quality code at a sustainable pace.

• Work alongside engineers, product owners, and designers.

• Contribute to the growth of development capabilities.

• Take ownership of and enhance internal system quality.

• Develop automated tests to validate team deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience as a Software Engineer in an agile setting.

• Proficient in agile and lean methodologies.

• Experience with the continuous delivery of value.

• Strong expertise in object-oriented Java development.

• Skilled in React development.

• Familiarity with automated testing.

• Experience with evolutionary design techniques.

• Proficient in working within a CI/CD environment.

• Ability to identify and resolve performance issues.

• Fluent in English at a B2 level.
